Class Q at Eastcombe, Somerset

2 Separate Barns converted under Class Q permission.

Barn A was a single steel farmed barn converted to a terrace of 3 generously sized houses. Barn B was a larger modern single barn converted to create 2 single storey, large 3 bed bungalows. All dwellings for sale on the open market.

Each barn was converted to a very high specification with regards to the methods of construction, sustainability and the internal fittings.

The dwellings each had impressive sustainable credentials, with air source heat pumps, PV panels, airtight detailing and additional insulation within the timber frame.
